CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify our office at least 24 hours in advance or you shall be subject to a "No Show" penalty of $25.00. This courtesy will allow us to reschedule you with minimum difficulty and also allow us to give that appointment to another child who needs our medical care.
